With the development of hearing technology, hearing aids bring more convenience to users’ daily life.
From research and development, testing, registration to the market, hearing aids in the spirit of craftsmanship and excellence, in the production process of each link layers of strict control, in which “testing” is a very important part of the production of hearing aids.

Today, we will take you on a factory tour to find out how many times a hearing aid needs to be “tested” from the beginning of production to the factory.
Product Incoming Inspection
With hearing aids, every component is critical and understands this.

Hearing aids are made up of components such as the main unit, the sound generating unit, the earplugs and the charging box. When the first production, these components of the parts, are required to carry out rigorous testing to ensure that each component is able to assume their respective functions and roles in the entire hearing aid, to lay a solid foundation for the quality of the product hearing aid.

Production Process Inspection
At this point in the process, the hearing aid is “tested” during the manufacturing process.
The establishment of a scientific and perfect product production and testing system, each small hearing aids, from the development of prototype, testing, registration and then listed on the market, have to go through “eighteen tests”. Every time we strive for excellence, in order to be able to provide users with better products.

Until the test result meets the standard, the qualified components can be loaded into the hearing aid tray for finished product testing.
Finished Product Inspection
Before conducting finished product testing, the tester will eliminate hearing aids that do not have enough gain or output.

According to the parameter requirements, test the hearing aid output sound pressure level, full-range sound gain, total harmonic distortion and other performance, resulting in a test report.
Inspection of products leaving the warehouse
During this phase, the tester checks the charging status of the hearing aid product several times to ensure that the hearing aid product is in working condition when it is used.

The “testing” of hearing aids is not a single process, but rather a series of interconnected processes. Only after passing each step of the testing process can the hearing aids be shipped to you.
